saleem, with the cropper set to zoomcrop some of the images will get cropped with parts getting cut off. It depends on the size of image and the dimensions it gets cropped to. You can turn off zoom crop by going to the theme options and looking for "Turn off cropper zooming". If you turn off zoom crop and the problem still persists please let me know.
I am using the magazine 640 theme and when on the home page I find that the thumbnail image for category 1 – the right hand side image for post is cropped with the top and bottom missing. The left hand side thumbnail for post for category 1 is fine.
I have the same problem for category 3 and category 5 where the top and bottom is missing. Category 2 and 4 are fine where the image resizes correctly.
Is anyone else having this problem? I have tried all the option combination for thumbnail file switcher and function switcher and still the problem persists.
