Thank you for using antisocialmediallc.com themes and contributing to the improvement of antisocialmediallc.com products by posting to the forums. At this time there is only one developer trying to maintain a number of different products. That developer is also the sole support technician maintaining and up-keeping not only the products here but also on some other websites. This means that sometimes responses will not be immediate. Often you will find your question has already been asked and answered somewhere on the site either in the forums or as comments to posts. If you are using a version below 1.5.8 please try updating to 1.5.8 first to see if that fixes your issues with the thumbnails. 1.5.8 is the currently packaged version downloadable from the downloads page on this site. The theme version has not yet been updated on the wordpress.org site.

This is going to be time consuming, but it will work. This is what I did…

Removed all of the photos that weren't showing up, and re-uploaded the photos into "thumbnail", as long as the photos weren't already in your photo gallery.

After you've done this, go to "New Magazine" settings in your Dashboard, toward the very bottom left. You will see the first option to "turn on or off" the magazine theme. Turn off the Magazine theme for a few seconds, refresh your webpage to make sure that it worked, and then turn the Magazine theme back on.

It worked for me!

I've installed both 1.5.3 and 1.5.4 and am having some image issues as well.  It seems somewhat random, but I've noticed that if I insert an image that is appropriate size for the position on the index page it works.  Then I can generally (although maybe not always) insert another image of a different size and it stays fine on the HP.  Almost as if it only creates the correct thumbnail sizes if you insert them into the post with that size.  Then you can change.  More investigation needed… but sleep too.   Thanks
