Well, again, I know the developer is busy. Also, I'm trying out antisnews with the free version so if there's no support for the free one that it is OK.
If I choose this theme then I probably will buy the pro version.
Here are some questions for other antisnews users, or the developer (A. Lewis?), to help me decide if buying it is worth it:
Q: Is there better support for pro version owners than this forum?
Q: Does the pro version handle avatars better? (i.e. do the normal WordPress avatar options in the discussion settings work and will avatar related plugins work?) I'd rather not have gravatars or no avatar as the only options and the free version insists on gravatars.
I know the theme developer is busy. No problem. This avatar thing isn't a priority. Any theme users know how to get the normal WordPress avatars working? Or at least the identicons? Did they work before WP 3.0?
I have free version 1.9. The comments only show the gravatar logo for avatars or no avatar. I would to use the other types of avatars on the WP settings like identicons. How can I do this?
