Thank you for using antisocialmediallc.com themes and contributing to the improvement of antisocialmediallc.com products by posting to the forums. At this time there is only one developer trying to maintain a number of different products. That developer is also the sole support technician maintaining and up-keeping not only the products here but also on some other websites. This means that sometimes responses will not be immediate. Often you will find your question has already been asked and answered somewhere on the site either in the forums or as comments to posts. Please take some time to search the site if you are not receiving a timely response to your question or use the contact form to make a direct inquiry.
Great! (I only had now some time to put my hands into the site).
So:
1) I copied index-live.php and created a page template. Created a page and it's exactly the "magazine" front. PERFECT
2) I switched to Blog mode, and the Home page is the Blog one with a page in the horizontal navibar driving to "Magazine". PERFECT
Now that the settings look alright, I am looking for having as the landing page the Magazine page with the ability to navigate from there to the Blog.
I tried to set WordPress to use as Home Page the static page I created in item 1) but it encounters some includes issue (for sure with the crop image call). And in any case I am wondering how, in this case, link to the Blog view.
Massimo, you can create a page template from index-live.php and set your secondary home page to use that template then set the blog to run in Blog Mode.
I am currently implementing it in an installation which required the cohesistance of Magazine mode (for the Home page) e the Blog mode (for a secondary Home page).
