If you have purchased a copy of the CSS Styling Tool for Producer and you plan to upgrade to Producer version 2.1.9, you should be aware that versions of the CSS Styling Tool earlier than 2.1.9 will not work with Producer 2.1.9. You were sent an email with Producer 2.1.9 and the compatible styling tool. In case you did not receive it, you can read the contents below. If you did not receive the styling tool please use the contact form to request it and include your purchase email or transaction ID.

Content of email you should have received:

Producer has been updated to version 2.1.9. Previous versions of the CSS Styling Tool will not work with version 2.1.9 of Producer. The 2.1.9 version of the CSS styling tool will not work with versions of Producer that are below 2.1.9. What this means: if you upgrade to Producer 2.1.9 you must also upgrade to the styling tool for version 2.1.9. If you do not upgrade to version 2.1.9 of Producer you should not use the styling tool for version 2.1.9.

Important notices

When you first upgrade to version 2.1.9 your current standard options and CSS Styling tool options will seem to have been reset. To restore them, go to the options page for both standard options and css styling tool options and hit update.

Please be advised that while the styling tool has been configured to import your current settings to the new format it is possible for the import to fail. If you’ve done extensive work with the tool that you cannot afford to have to do over, it is strongly advised that you backup your WP database and your currently installed version of Producer before you attempt the upgrade. This way if the styling tool fails to import your current settings you can re back to the version you were using before the upgrade attempt.

I must stress again that if you have made extensive use of the CSS Styling Tool to modify the appearance of your site, backup your database and file before you update to version 2.1.9. Your settings should get transferred to the new format but there is every possibility they might not import at all or might get only partially imported.
